That’s right. 99% of the “fitness industry” is all MONEY DRIVEN..if you’ll pay for it and believe it, they would tell you to eat paste for muscle mass because it’s non-toxic and safe. Oh no…. Don’t go get your kid’s paste, I was being sarcastic… But really, your average commercial gym is packed with the latest fad equipment and trainers that have to pay 90% of your session fee to the house, SO THEY DON’T GIVE A SH** ABOUT YOUR GOALS!! It’s quite SAD.
Not to mention the fact that most supplement and weight loss ads are so HYPED UP AND FILLED WITH AIRBRUSHED PHOTOS, it makes me wanna puke!! It is known fact that many weight loss ads for pills have the before and after picture taken the SAME DAY!!! You would be shocked what a razor and some spray on tan could do to a pic.

To complete a workout in 20 minutes, sometimes 15 minutes or less….and still get better RESULTS than 90 minutes on the treadmill?
To LOSE FAT without starving yourself, or jogging 5 miles every morning?

To fire that geek, and stop paying $8o a session so he can have you balance on some oversized frisbee, then throw you on a stationary bike and leave…..and still get in shape?!
THE ANSWER IS YES!!!!
This is what I accomplished in ONE SHORT MONTH. I performed a series of short intense workouts, preplanned and followed my diet outline, which did allow for ‘cheats’ from time to time.
I went from doing normal 60-90 minute gym sessions, SOMETIMES TWO-A-DAYS, to doing 20 to 25 minute workouts, 4 to 5 times per week. I reacted accordingly to how my body felt, but I had my workouts programmed and pre-planned ahead of time. Prior to discovering these methods, I was a GYM RAT!!! The amount of time I was in that place was just crazy…
I went from 183 to 168 in 30 days, and that’s AFTER I HAD BEEN IN THE GYM ACTIVELY for a very long while.

Here is a recent client success story.
The current gym routine was basketball and some weight lifting Monday thru Friday at the local gym.
Eating habits were ‘healthy’. The likes of packages oatbars, wheat thins, crackers, milk, and plenty of other ‘normal’ healthy things.
There was not much more he could do to improve on it….so he thought.
Rob was put on program that required short intense workouts, usually lasting 20-25 minutes in duration. He was also instructed to perform planned light recovery workouts after intense days. He ate plenty of food all day long, but it was the food written in the outline. HE DID NOT STRAY FROM THE PLAN, SO HE WON. You cheat, you fail.
Three, YES… ONLY 3 SHORT WEEKS LATER
WOW!!!! A body fat percentage loss of 3.8% in 21 DAYS!!! WOW!CURRENT UPDATE- HE TOOK A WHILE OFF, BUT IS NOW WORKING ON A NEW PROGRAM TO ACHIEVE SINGLE DIGIT BODY FAT!!He also works a FULL TIME CAREER and is married, with a little boy and one on the way. OUR CLIENTS DO NOT HAVE TIME TO WORK OUT FOR 2 HOURS A DAY!!Rob worked his tail off, but the workouts were a fraction of the time he normally spent in the gym at lunch and after work. During his 3 week program, he only went to his regular gym TWICE. Both times to swim and play basketball.
RESULT: Increase in both, max rep pull ups, and max rep push ups. A weight reduction of 6 lbs and an overall body fat loss of 3.8%.
PROGRAM: 2 In person workouts per week. 3 at home workouts as well, 2 days off. Pre-outlined Diet Plan designed according to food likes and dislikes.
For someone already in very good shape, this was A VERY INCREDIBLE ACHIEVEMENT!!! GREAT WORK, ROB!!!
