Before you browse the prices, I ask that you think about the current personal training being offered at your local health club.  Is the cost the reason you haven’t signed up yet?  Or, have you already had a trainer and were left feeling ripped off?  Think about this stat for a minute…

Average Fitness Health Club: Usually must be bought in packages of 10 or more. 

40 Minute sessions, $65-$80 per hour…depending on the trainer’s schedule and the hour you request.  So, let’s do the math.

1 month, 2 workouts per week, $80 per workout = $640 per month!!!  That’s as basic as they get too.  Keep in mind, they are REQUIRED to follow the outline in the club’s manual.  They won’t tell you how much genetic makeup plays a role in your results, and how to use it to your advantage.  You get to stretch, do some weight training, run on the treadmill or bike, then pay.  You’ll be stretching and tossed on a stationary bike or elliptical machine for at least 4 weeks.  There is nothing wrong with stretching, it would be stupid not to….but there is no reason to charge someone $80 per half hour to do it. 

Justify it however you want, but the truth most of these guys just don’t care.  You’re getting RIPPED OFF.  The place is a pecking order from the top down, they’re miserable, and constantly have clients give up on them…they expect you to do the same.  They figure, “30 day package, paid upfront and you’ll give up after two weeks”. No Refunds.
